poor housing
low allowanses
luck of transportation
no enough learning facility
poor payment
teachers lack motivition from parents and government

kenyan educators faces many challeges. they include large classes,pupil joining school at advanced age{one of my pupil in class five is now 32 years], lack of lealearning facilities.teachers aiso lack regular and credable inservicefor them to get proffessionai advancement.

Teachers in kenya face many challenges such as no medical cover especially under outpatient.in a private school when sick,I could just take a card go to hospital and get treated but not in a government school.Class are overpopulated,salary is below standard and lack of modern leaning facilites.
