Skills & Interests

I love to teach, coach and be around other people. I am certified to coach soccer, volleyball and gymnastics. I have been head coach of basketball and soccer teams. I am an outdoor enthusiast who loves to run, bike, swim and kayak. I am a very active, out going and optimistic person. I have a variety of teaching and volunteer experience and love to try new challenges.

If you have done work internationally, where and in what capacity?

In 2007 I travelled to Galway, Ireland on a SWAP Student Visa. I worked in a cafe and wanted the chance to work internationally and live in a area where I could experience a different culture. I had a wonderful time, and would like to do more international work.

How did you hear about us and a few words why you want to join EBB:

I heard about TWB Canada through my sister who is also an educator. I would love to join TWB Canada because my greatest passion and desire is to teach. To help someone learn something new, and to see the pride and joy in their accomplishment is amazing. Even more I would like to travel and see the world and this program seemed like the perfect fit.
