If you have done work internationally, where and in what capacity?
I am not a certified teacher in any country, but I taught ESL, English language writing/comprehension, and IB in Mexico for 2 years at the Tec de Monterrey (high school level) as their only requirement is being a native English speaker holding a bachelor's degree.
If you are willing to volunteer, in what area(s):
grant research/writing, organisational partnerships, researchers, translation, EBB on Campus
How did you hear about us and a few words why you want to join EBB:
There was a story in my university's alumni magazine about one of our grads who volunteered with the EBB. I had never heard of this organisation before, and I was so excited because I had always wanted to join other similar organisations, but they always seemed to be in medical or technical fields where my only volunteer opportunity would be translation (English/Spanish). I've really wanted to get involved in something that could make use of my experience and training in international education.
