I have an M. Ed. in Secondary Social Studies and Curriculum Development and an M.A. in Islamic Studies from McGill University. My passion is educating Western students about the cultural diversity of our global community. I have used many technological devices, including Skyppe, Nings, and Wikis.

If you have done work internationally, where and in what capacity?

I'm a Canadian citizen living in the United States. I lived throughout the Middle East for 18 years and have worked there for a non-profit organization. I have lived in and visited Africa extensively.

How did you hear about us and a few words why you want to join EBB:

I'm a member of the Global Education Collaborative and was sent an email regarding this project. My heart is with the third world, having grown up there. I would love an opportunity to give back in any way possible.
