PHILANTHROPY
I believe that the small things we do to our neighbours, not necessarily the people we know bring joy to the heart. I do not have to mention names here but I am convinced that in giving I help put a smile on a brother's, sister's, son's,daughter's face.
ATHLETICS
I may not make it to the olympics but a morning run keeps my heart healthy.
