Skills include computer support (hardware and software), customer service and help desk. I am a certified computer technician that has help students prepare for Microsoft and Comptia A+ and Network+ certification. I have skills that include but not limited to technical writing, software testing and help desk troubleshooting/customer service skills.

My interests include marathon running,sports, travel, crafts music and reading.

I heard about you through Kim Brown. I have been blessed in many ways and am a strong believer in education and sharing knowledge. I am looking for an avenue to share my skills and knowledge developed over the last 15 years of computer training/support/customer service.
