I have extensive experience as a classroom teacher, an instructional coach and mentor, Instruction Materials developer and a community mobilizer for education programmes. Also well versed with planning and execution of workshops using adult learning principles. I'm well versed with the Competency Based Curriculum and other emerging pedagogical approaches to education delivery. I have supported and directly engaged in educational research as a research consultant and as a research assistant with Women Educational Researchers of Kenya (WERK), RTI International, Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) and Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS). I have excellent teacher training skills, report writing skills, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and in different cultural setups. I am a performer and I meet all her targets well ahead of schedule.

If you have done work internationally, where and in what capacity?

I have not done work internationally but i have worked with international non-governmental organizations in Kenya. These organizations revolved around teacher development and capacity building. teacher coaching, girl child education, conducting mentor-ship to adolescent girls and conducting learning assessments and research.

How did you hear about us and a few words why you want to join EBB:

I learnt about EBB through linked and the company website. I related well with the work they are doing that aligns with my career and passion. Becoming a part of EBB would give me a great opportunity to coach, mentor and inspire teachers to play their roles better and hence improve the quality of education through that, research and related activities.
