The First Rural Student's Experiences is The Practicing

Students need space for performing their ability through other. When they learn English, they indeed need the teacher statement that they are able to have progress as being well on teacher's program for that time. Such I plan in my class program to learn Dealing with Client theory and practice. They try to make a concept for practicing to be one who is the manager, owner, or up position with the lower position like customer or other. It's hard to know when the assessment will not do. So When I look at the result text of conversation's concept, they make, such:

"  Ahmad Rendi :  Good morning, sir?

   Jepi Perdiyan:  Good morning, Can I help you?

   Ahmad Rendi:   What were there is vacancy, Sir?

   Jepi Perdiyan:    Oh there is, here I require 2 officer in part of cashier and steward" If I were a student, I needed my teacher giving me "applause" as award of my done. But in that point  also critize me If I were doing the wrong. I hope my teacher gives me solution for the writing assessment. Because of it, I'll do the thing I think is right. 

I'll give the applause to students who make them acceptable as an English Learners. They effort to do another assignment lovely. They believe that they will be assisted to reach their ability to school program well by their teacher. It's what I think as a teacher. The assessment should not be handcuff teacher through their students who are lazy to do the task. They do not do the task because they do not know the way or step. No students are completely wrong. The teacher should know the trouble why they face eventhoughh it's not deeply enough.

What students feel hard that they are not habitually to use for their program in talking, thinking, writing over in English, they just need space for practicing not only with their teacher but also other teache around the world
