Yoeza Mnzava-Tanzanian, graduated at Tumaini University Makumira on Bachelor of Arts with Education class of (2010-2013),Second class Upper with Honor.

I have been working in teaching arena for three years consecutively in private schools in Tanzania since 2013-2016.
From November 2016 I tuned myself to NGS as the way to work fully with community.

As a teacher I joined environmental organization known as SMECAO-FUND as a Environmental activist from November 2016 to February 2017 I joined EMPOWER TANZANIA INCORPARATED as Education Program Coordinator until today.

What I observed throughout my career journey is that, we have teachers in our schools but they real tired with teaching activities and they lose hope of life of which is caused by Hardship of teaching environment and poor payments. And no body care about this, neither Government nor NGOs. Teachers used to stay with our beloved children for so long time in school than nobody, but no body care about then on their lives and we expect them to mentor our beloved one , real this is dangerous to our children!

NGOs should emphasize on providing Bring back seminars to our teachers to bring their hope and impart new teaching skills as the way to liberate our beloved children, and the government should improve teaching and learning environments to both teachers and students.
